  • Acceptance of Terms: By using TrippyStore.in, you agree to these terms under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  • Right to Cancel: The Company reserves the absolute right to cancel any order due to pricing errors (obvious technical glitches), stock discrepancies, or suspicion of bot/bulk-buying for unauthorised resale. Our liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid.
  • Intellectual Property: All content, including model photography and text, is the exclusive property of trippystore.in. Any unauthorised reproduction or "scraping" will result in immediate legal action.
  • Seller Cancellation Rights: The business reserves the absolute right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or suspicious activity. Liability in such cases is limited to a refund of the amount paid, often as store credit or to it's original source.
  • "As-Is" Provision: Services and products are provided on an "as-is" basis. Trippystore.in excludes all representations and warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • Non-Disparagement: Any attempt to extort a refund or benefit through public defamation, coordinated social media "review bombing," or threats shall be considered a material breach of contract.
  • TrippyStore reserves the right to terminate the user's account and pursue legal remedies for damages.
  • Exclusive Jurisdiction: All disputes are governed by the laws of India. The exclusive place of performance and jurisdiction for all legal proceedings shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka.
