Logistical Governance and Risk Transfer

  • Risk Transfer (FOB Shipping Point): Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the equipment to the freight carrier as we utilise third-party logistics (3PL) partners (e.g., Shiprocket). Trippystore.in is not liable for loss or damage occurring during transit.

  • Fulfilment Timelines: Orders are typically processed within 4–6 working days. Delivery estimates (7–21 days) are guidelines only and do not constitute a warranty of contract.

  • Address Errors: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the buyer is liable for all "both-way" shipping charges before a re-shipment or credit is issued. 

  • Pre-Order Constraints: Pre-order ETAs are subject to change due to import delays or Brand releases or both. Cancellations are not permitted for production delays. Trippystore.in reserves the right to request additional payment if the pre-order is not full amount of the product or due to changes in import duties or pricing structures change significantly before fulfilment. 

  • Consolidation: A 7-day holding period is available to combine orders for shipping efficiency, though risk increases with bulk packaging.

  • Transit Protection: Users are encouraged to select "Secured Shipping" at checkout. TrippyStore is not liable for carrier-end delays or losses if the user opts out of available transit protection.
