Return and Refund Policy
Doctrine: Final Sale – No Return, No Refund

Order Finality: Once an order is placed, it is considered a final transaction. Trippystore.in does not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To report catastrophic damage or incorrect items, a continuous, uncut unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the package from all angles before opening and remain uninterrupted until the product is revealed. Failure to provide this video constitutes acceptance of the product in perfect condition.

Manufacturing Variations: Minor manufacturing tolerances, such as paint variances or displaced "press-fit" wheels, are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacement.

Packaging Condition: Wrinkles on the card, bent corners, or damaged blisters are not considered product damage. These are collectibles, and transit-related wear to outer packaging is an inherent risk that does not justify a return i.e. you get what you see.

Sealed/Mint Collectibles: Items sold in factory-sealed packaging (blister cards, window boxes, blind boxes) are "Pass-Through Goods." TrippyStore is not liable for internal manufacturing defects (e.g., paint flaws, loose parts inside the seal). All such items are Non-Returnable once the seal is broken.

Pre-Order/Sale Items: Returns are strictly prohibited for pre-ordered collectibles, customised products, or items purchased during clearance/final-sale events.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source or issued as Store Credit at the company’s discretion.
